2023: Free voters card registration centre opens in Ndokwa West. Powered by OPN

A free voters card online registration centre powered by OYEMIKE POLITICAL NETWORK, OPN has been opened for both constituents and residents of Ndokwa West Local Government Area of Delta State.

Focus Naija can report that the centre will cover Voters’ pre-registration, card replacement application, voters card transfer and change of voters state, LGA, ward and/or unit as the case maybe.

Chief Valentine Oyemike who hails from Abbi, a Business man, philanthropist and a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) is the brain behind the initiative and calls on eligible residents to take advantage of the ample opportunity to freely get registered at the OPN ICT Hub located at the Up Floor of Iyasele Compound, opposite Ndokwa West Local Government Secretariat in Kwale.

Similarly, the OPN has launched a six weeks intensive digital literacy program in Kwale, Delta State.

The program, which happens to be the first edition, is designed to practically train applicants on basic digital skills.

According to an insider source, application for the literacy program is currently ongoing and the hub is equipped with Modern ICT Equipments, Uninterrupted Power Supply and Certified instructors/experts.
