Nollywood Actor, Chiwetalu Agu Released By Nigerian Army
Nollywood veteran actor, Chinwetalu Agu has been released by the Nigerian Army.
The actor was arrested by troops for wearing Biafra clothing.
However, actress Chizzy Alichi while giving an update on the actor’s arrest in a post via her Instagram account said he has finally been released.
Uncle Chinwetalu Agu has been released. He is safe and sound. All thanks to God and everyone that contributed one way or the other.
Recall, a video of veteran Nollywood actor, Chiwetalu Agu making his case before men of the Nigerian Army went viral online.
In a video, the actor was trying to prove to the Nigerian army that the cloth he was wearing has nothing to do with Biafra.
He said he was just wearing a colourful cloth with a sun on it and it had nothing to do with Biafra, adding that he was very educated and he knows what he is saying.
