Early Morning Fire Outbreak Raze Down Hausa Quarter In Warri (Photos)



An early morning fire outbreak razed down the makeshift structures of Hausa Quarter in Ubeji, Warri South Local Government Area of Delta State.

Focus Naija can report that the fire outbreak at the Arewa Settlement in Ubeji started around 4am on Wednesday, July 14, displacing  residents that lost properties worth hundreds of thousands of naira to the inferno.

Although the cause of the fire outbreak could not be confirmed, it was gathered that the Chairman of the council, Dr. Michael E. Tidi paid an on-the-spot assessment visit to evaluate the damages caused by the incident.

According to reports, the council boss, Dr. Tidi insisted on profiling the inhabitants of the burnt structures to ascertain the type of businesses that are being carried by them.

As at the time of filing this report, no life was reported to have been lost in the inferno.
