A source privy to the abduction told newsmen;

She was kidnapped this morning. She was taken from her car on her way to work. It appears there were no gunshots. No one is over there yet to get a photo,” the source said.

The Delta State Police Command through the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya confirmed the abduction through a text message that stated “yes, it is true” on Saturday afternoon.

Every effort to reach her by family members and associate has however remained futile.
