The Video of President Buhari’s speech at TICAD7.

President Buhari delivered his address during the third plenary session of TICAD7 earlier today.

He invited Japanese investors to invest in critical sector in Nigeria like electricity, petrochemicals and gas, shipping and port facilities, railways, etc.
