Speeding vehicle runs over nigerian national trying to escape from indonesia immigration officers (Photos)

A Nigerian national based in Indonesia has reportedly met an untimely death after a car ran over him while attempting to run away from immigration officers.

According to sketchy reports, the yet to be identified Nigerian was almost at the verge of escaping when the speeding vehicle knocked him down.

He was reported to have died on the spot before rescue and emergency services arrived the scene.

Calls put across to the Nigerian embassy in Jakarta were neither answered nor returned but reports had it that the chase was drug and violence related as he had earlier being declared wanted and the operatives had been on his trail.
